I ordered this continual G drink mix more out of curiousity than anything. (I do that some times) Normall in our house when people get sick, we drink Liquid IV and when I saw this product listed in the same area as that product, I wanted to see if there is the same type of benefit (increased hydration, boost to energy and better overall healthy feeling).
This product does NOT mix well. I tried using a milk frother to see if that would help, but it was no good. However, the taste is on par with the lemon lime flavor of Liquid IV, I actually prefer it! During the winter months when the weather won't make up it's mind as to what season it is, it's important to have a quality immune system. This product tastes decent, has good ingredients and is easy to take and digest. I have had no bad side effects while using this, my body feels well hydrated and I appreciate the ingredients in the product.
I do think the price is high, but I imagine it's due to the quaity of the ingredients in the mix. I do like this and even my teenage daughter will drink it w/out complaint. I don't know what other reviewers are drinking when they say this is gross, because IMO this is better than Gatorade by far, and the ingredients are WAY better for you, too.
The taste and quality are a big plus. It tastes like real lemonade and not a sugary drink masked as lemonade. The downside is that it’s difficult to stir with a spoon and even with a frother. Yes, I tried a frother and was left with lumps still.

I bought this product that was recommended by my holistic doctor because of the amino acid benefits to human cellular health. So far so good. It also has a very pleasant lime flavor and is sugar free which is a benefit since I am a type 1 diabetic ( insulin injection dependent ) great product.
I tried continual G for the first time recently and was impressed with the strength of it and will definitely be ordering more of it in the future!

I had put off trying this and I wasn't sure why. But, I did pack it for a two week trip I was taking and figured it could help me. Sure enough it came in handy when I came down with a horrible respiratory illness. I was in terrible shape with sinus and chest crap going on. I would have coughing fits and was hacking up some nasty stuff. I immediately started taking this because I was away from home and did not bring my full complement of cold and flu remedies.
I drank this twice a day as recommended. The flavor was decent although I could do without the Stevia aftertaste. I despise Stevia. This would be better tasting with out it or any sweetener. I would replace the sweetener with some Himalayan sea salt for a greatly improved flavor.
I did find that this formula did not dissolve easily and there was always some chunks at the bottom of the glass. I used a frothing whisk and that seemed to help it break down. And, then because I had a cold, I figured maybe some warm water would do the trick too. This actually tasted much better as a warm drink.
If they improved the formula so that it dissolves better, removed the Stevia, and added some Himalayan Salt, I would be a regular user of this product. Because it is so expensive, I expect it to be perfect.
As a senior citizen, I'm doubly concerned about my health span and one focus I have is keeping oxidation at bay. It's perhaps not essential to include in our daily stack of supplements but I am willing to absorb the cost in the ongoing battle to keep internal inflammation in check. This product and form is somewhat convenient and doesn't require refrigeration. do your due diligence, but it seems to be a worthwhile inclusion especially if you are older or adamant about doing all to ward off illness. Recommended.
Many of us take a lot of supplements. Pills are fine. But this is a nice change. Just add the packet to water and drink. Tastes pretty good too! I like lemon and lime water, so this is similar but of course has it's own taste. But very good. The ingredients can provide a lot of benefits and I've been enjoying taking these.

I have taken quite a few glutathione supplements and am familiar with their extremes in flavor and format. This one is more tolerable than most and can be taken fairly quickly. It does have a bit of a bad smell but thankfully they have masked the taste of the glutathione effectively.
It does take some work to get it thoroughly mixed so that it is fully dissolved in the water but once that is done it goes down easy. It is a 15 day supply that is meant to be taken once in the morning and once in the evening.
This lemon lime powder mix supplement tastes pretty good and it's easy to take as directed. So far, I haven't had any side effects or any other unpleasant results from taking it.

First thing - the first time I ever tried Glutathione after learning how important it is the means of which the brand had made their Glutathione available was also in drink form and it tasted like rotten eggs, regret and being forced to get a bad hair cut and eat what was left over
This is MUCH better. Even on its own the taste is fine. It blends up just fine, leaves no grit in the bottom of the glass, no residue and it goes down smooth. I think it's refreshing and considering all the great things on the label as far as ingredients go I have zero doubt this is working wonders

This has a pleasant taste. I didn't expect it to be green but it tastes fine. I really like citrus flavored sodas and it lemonade and this tastes very citrusy and good to me.
I do advise you to shake it up. Really good though if you put it in a bottle of water. If you don't it can get really gloopy. It all wants to settle to the bottom and make a big gloopy mess. If you put it in a water bottle and shake it a lot, that's the best way to get it mixed up. It's not the easiest to mix stuff I've ever seen.
I've slept really well after taking this and have not had any side effects from it.
The packaging is good quality and very portable. It's not papery or easy to wear out . I do open mine with scissors, so that might be the only problem when traveling with these if you don't have scissors.
Glutathione is just key for health in my book. This product offers 20 sachets in a lemon lime flavour that is to be used twice a day. So downside is it's a 10 day supply. But it mixes well and provides good amount of glutathione which is a plus.
If you read the ingredients, this product is perfect for post-workout and hangovers. Snatch these up before they are gone.
Glutathione is normally absorbed almost immediately. This formulation fixes that by providing continuous release of this antioxidant. I couldn't find any information on how long it lasts. It comes in single use sachets and has a good amount of fiber in it as well. Very good product but rather expensive compared regular Glutathione.
