I bought this product that was recommended by my holistic doctor because of the amino acid benefits to human cellular health. So far so good. It also has a very pleasant lime flavor and is sugar free which is a benefit since I am a type 1 diabetic ( insulin injection dependent ) great product.

I tried continual G for the first time recently and was impressed with the strength of it and will definitely be ordering more of it in the future!

I ordered this continual G drink mix more out of curiousity than anything. (I do that some times) Normall in our house when people get sick, we drink Liquid IV and when I saw this product listed in the same area as that product, I wanted to see if there is the same type of benefit (increased hydration, boost to energy and better overall healthy feeling).
This product does NOT mix well. I tried using a milk frother to see if that would help, but it was no good. However, the taste is on par with the lemon lime flavor of Liquid IV, I actually prefer it! During the winter months when the weather won't make up it's mind as to what season it is, it's important to have a quality immune system. This product tastes decent, has good ingredients and is easy to take and digest. I have had no bad side effects while using this, my body feels well hydrated and I appreciate the ingredients in the product.
I do think the price is high, but I imagine it's due to the quaity of the ingredients in the mix. I do like this and even my teenage daughter will drink it w/out complaint. I don't know what other reviewers are drinking when they say this is gross, because IMO this is better than Gatorade by far, and the ingredients are WAY better for you, too.

Many of us take a lot of supplements. Pills are fine. But this is a nice change. Just add the packet to water and drink. Tastes pretty good too! I like lemon and lime water, so this is similar but of course has it's own taste. But very good. The ingredients can provide a lot of benefits and I've been enjoying taking these.

I have taken quite a few glutathione supplements and am familiar with their extremes in flavor and format. This one is more tolerable than most and can be taken fairly quickly. It does have a bit of a bad smell but thankfully they have masked the taste of the glutathione effectively.

It does take some work to get it thoroughly mixed so that it is fully dissolved in the water but once that is done it goes down easy. It is a 15 day supply that is meant to be taken once in the morning and once in the evening.

This lemon lime powder mix supplement tastes pretty good and it's easy to take as directed. So far, I haven't had any side effects or any other unpleasant results from taking it.

I love the convenience of the easy to carry sachets. They make it convenient to carry along with me when I'm on the go. The product is quite potent and fast acting. The lemon lime flavor isn't great by itself but it's acceptable for a supplement. I find it's best mixed with orange juice or some other citrus flavored beverage. Glutathione is a must-have supplement in my regimen and this is a great option for me.

First thing - the first time I ever tried Glutathione after learning how important it is the means of which the brand had made their Glutathione available was also in drink form and it tasted like rotten eggs, regret and being forced to get a bad hair cut and eat what was left over

This is MUCH better. Even on its own the taste is fine. It blends up just fine, leaves no grit in the bottom of the glass, no residue and it goes down smooth. I think it's refreshing and considering all the great things on the label as far as ingredients go I have zero doubt this is working wonders

I'd get this again and 110% recommend it. It beats popping another pill and Glutathione is loaded with all kinds of amazing benefits. This brand rocks, this drink rocks!

If you read the ingredients, this product is perfect for post-workout and hangovers. Snatch these up before they are gone.

Glutathione is normally absorbed almost immediately. This formulation fixes that by providing continuous release of this antioxidant. I couldn't find any information on how long it lasts. It comes in single use sachets and has a good amount of fiber in it as well. Very good product but rather expensive compared regular Glutathione.

The flavor is ok for lemon lime flavor, I just added a little more water to take the bitter out and it taste kind of sweet. Also, I do feel all the benefits must be here as I find myself wanting to do more after a rigorous workout and I feel sharp. Super buy!

I have seen complaints about taste & mixing. The taste isn't bad- it's not a soda but isn't supposed to be. I use a shaker cup that has a round whisk in the bottom & shake well. It will mix, just takes a minute. Put the water in first then add the powder. I do feel like it helps w pain & recovery. My husband & I both take it everyday.

I have multiple chemical sensitivities, so products that are actually effective have a feel it benefit for me. Continual-G spores my detoxification processes and generally makes me feel better when they take it. An essential!

After starting Continual-G, my blood levels of glutathione soared to the top percentile. I need no further proof that this is a highly active form.

I felt a difference with one dose. Also felt a difference when I skipped a dose.
